Volunteer Shop Assistant needed

 Could you help…?

At Carrs Lane Fair Trade we are looking for volunteers to assist us in our retail setting. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with an interest in retail who wishes to help Traidcraft in their work fighting poverty through trade.
Traidcraft is the UK’s leading fair trade organisation and sources products from farmers, growers and artisans across the world. Traidcraft builds relationships with their trading partners and delivers projects across the developing world, helping people to build the skills, knowledge and confidence to work their way out of poverty.
Carrs Lane Fair Trade is a voluntary run shop based in the foyer of Carrs Lane Church in Birmingham. The shop sells a large variety of fair trade products from Traidcraft including, tea, coffee, food, cards, clothing and crafts. The shop is open 10:30-14:30, Tuesday-Saturday.
The volunteers who work with us are passionate about fair trade and the positive difference that Traidcraft is making to the lives of people in developing countries.
